Our chauffeur was very pleasant and helpful re: places to eat in the Clearwater Beach area. Very pleasant, sociable man. Made the time go fast from the airport to our hotel. This was our first time using a limousine service, and we will use one again the next time we vacation. No hassle waiting hopping a bus to go to the rental location only to stand in line. Our driver was there when we got off the escalator, and we were on the beach 45 minutes later.

Mo, my driver, could not have been nicer or more professional. When I arrived, without a coat (left by mistake in LA), in a wheelchair and with a broken foot, he took off his own coat and draped it over me. His kindness, his courtesy, and his driving were exemplary.

The woman who answered my call did an amazing job setting up my last-minute reservation and my parents were delighted with their chauffeur Anthony. I was also impressed by the tracking option sent to my email so I could know if they'd been picked up, many states away. Anthony took wonderful care of my parents. They said he helped my mom into their home since she's had knee problems and brought their luggage in as well. My father was very touched that Anthony took as much time and care to help my mom. They also said the car was amazing and they loved everything about the service.

John Miller (our driver) went above and beyond to make sure our very time-sensitive travel (live TV interviews) went off without a hitch. We got a flat tire and John very professionally and safely got us to our first destination and arranged for a replacement car to be ready for us before travel to our second destination. Kim was amazing. We were going to a Guns & Roses concert and she had the limousine decked out and the radio station pre-set. She knew exactly where she was going and kept us informed of where and how to find her after the concert. We were met after the concert in an easy access area. Sayed, our chauffeur, was at Logan Airport ahead of our arrival. He called me to tell me of where he was located to pick us up. He was welcoming and professional upon meeting him. He took our bags and put them in the back of the vehicle. He opened and closed the doors for us. He offed water to all of the passengers. The ride home was pleasant and driven at appropriate speeds. Upon our arrival he opened the doors, assisted us out of the vehicle and retrieved our luggage for us. He provided us with a great trip and a pleasant experience.
